03 / OCTOBER & THE WORK TAKING SHAPE
A STORY SHARED IN PIECES.October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. For me, it’s also the beginning of putting words to experiences I’ve spent years learning to understand: domestic violence, complex PTSD, and patterns that began long before I could name them. Therapy, self-education, and the last two and a half years of healing and moving through grief have helped me see what I can offer others from my experiences. I’m beginning to share that here, one piece at a time.

I’m beginning with my experiences of domestic violence, complex PTSD, and the patterns I’m learning to understand. Short stories, reflections, and pieces of what healing has taught me—shared at my own pace.
SHORT STORIES / WHAT THEY TAUGHT ME
Short stories from different chapters of my life, with the reflections that come after: what I couldn’t see then, what I understand now, and what I’m choosing to carry forward. Some raw, some funny, and not always in order.
TEMPLATES / TOOLS FROM EXPERIENCE
I’m creating templates with meaningful tools I’ve learned along the way—ways to reflect, organize thoughts, recognize patterns, and put what you’re learning into practice.
RESOURCES / CONNECTIONS CLOSE TO HOME
Resources I’ve found along the way—and a space I’m building to help you find what’s available near you.
THE BOOKS / WORLDS TAKING SHAPE
A LITTLE WONDER. SOMETHING TO UNDERSTAND.Books I’m creating for curious little humans and the grown-ups beside them—opening conversations through stories, imagination, and discovery.

04 / THE HUMAN BEHIND HQ
KashaCollectiveHQ grew from years of writing, raising my children, learning new skills, and finding my way through change. Along the way, I kept collecting ideas and asking:
“Okay… but what could
we build with this?”
Today, I’m bringing those ideas together through stories, practical tools, and creative projects—with curiosity, a sense of humor, and a completely reasonable number of browser tabs.
This is a place to share what I’m learning and build what comes next.
Glad you found your way here.
05 / LET’S MAKE SOMETHING MATTER
I welcome collaborations on creative projects, products, podcasts, instructional design, and digital experiences. Have an idea we could bring to life together? Let’s talk.
